Riemer & Braunstein worked collaboratively with the Town of Winchester to develop a new overlay zoning bylaw to allow for the creation of attached residential cluster housing for this ten-acre farm property known as the "Pansy Patch." The scope of representation included obtaining all local and state approvals for the construction of 50 units of cluster townhome units, negotiating a preservation agreement to allow for the relocation of an historic farmhouse, and negotiating a development agreement with the Town of Winchester. This development, while in its initial stages, will provide much needed "empty nester" housing in the Town of Winchester.
