Following a year of master planning and municipal negotiations, the Nordblom Development Company successfully repositioned a former industrial park into a master-planned, mixed-use campus. The resultant development will create up to 3.3 million square feet of development opportunities which will include 600,000 square feet of retail space, 300 multi-family residential units, and 2.2 million square feet of Class A office space.
