Originally permitted for 1.3 million square feet of corporate office space in 1997, Sun Microsystems received a range of services from Riemer & Braunstein, including assistance in brownfield remediation, creation and adoption of flexible zoning tools, negotiation of a PWED grant, and the adoption of a tax incremental financing package.
In 2007, Riemer & Braunstein represented the Nordblom Development Company in the acquisition of the former Sun Microsystems campus and provided support for lease negotiations and amendments to zoning provisions to further master planning goals.
