Riemer & Braunstein spearheaded the repositioning of the former Raytheon headquarters for reuse as a biotechnology campus of approximately 700,000 sq. ft. The new campus will house Shire Pharmaceuticals Human Genetic Therapies and their development and manufacturing facilities. In addition, Riemer & Braunstein supported the developer in its leasing activities at this site.
