Kimball Woods is a 256 unit high-rise multi-family development which was permitted through M.G.L. Chapter 40B (Comprehensive Permit). The resultant project was successfully integrated into an adjacent multi-family residential development which minimized impacts to the community and allowed the Town of Burlington to achieve the state affordable housing goal of 10%.
