The former Nyanza Ashland brownfield was rezoned to accomodate one of the first transit-oriented zoning districts in Massachusetts. When completed, the project will include over 1.0 million sq. ft. of mixed-use development on land that was remediated under the Federal Superfund Statute.
500 multi-family units have been permitted for this development and should be completed in 2010.
