The project involved the redevelopment of the former "High Voltage" and "Rexnord/Bellofram" brownfield properties into a Class A corporate campus location. This location was one of the early 21E litigation sites. Riemer & Braunstein was involved with the repositioning of the asset, PRP litigation, and resolution of matters with the Department of Environmental Protection. In addition, Riemer & Braunstein has provided extensive leasing services.
Once fully developed, the premises will accommodate up to 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial space including a 425,000 square foot Oracle Corporation campus.
