The Burlington Mall is an upscale retail complex housing more than 1,300,000 square feet of high-end fashion stores and restaurants located within a newly renovated facility. In 2003 Riemer & Braunstein began working with Simon Property Group on a multi-year renovation and expansion proposal which resulted in almost 300,000 square feet of new retail space, including a new Nordstrom anchor, a freestanding Crate & Barrel, and 24 specialty retail shops.
