Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on real estate finance and commercial real estate development. Andrew advises lending institutions in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions both locally and nationally. Andrew also advises real property owners and developers in connection with transactional activity, leasing, land use, permitting, and associated regulatory matters.
